Upcoming FETT breakfast meeting session—register for February 15th event, and future ones too.

The FOCUS for FETT is on senior financial executives in Atlanta and the Southeast:
One of the key activities of interest for Atlanta-area senior financial executives is the opportunity to discuss business, accounting, operational, and financial issues with peers. To meet that primary objective, FEI-Atlanta has announced, along with two of its strategic sponsors (public accounting firm Frazier & Deeter, and banking sponsor RBC Bank), the “Financial Executive Think Tank” (FETT) program. This initiative places senior financial executives (controller, treasurer, VP-Finance, CFO, and equivalent responsibility) from Atlanta area companies and organizations into small group conversations, confidential in nature, with other peer-group members of the financial community.

These sessions include public, private companies, ranking government entity, academic professors, and not-for-profit senior financial executives. FETT participants are not required to be a member of FEI-Atlanta in order to be eligible for these opportunities.

History:
During the Spring and Summer of 2011, a definitional framework was conceptualized for this program, which was then planned and pilot-tested by an advisory group of some fifteen small-to-large private and public company financial executives. The initial FETT session was held on November 16, 2011, and additional sessions are underway.
